Do Less Be More with Productivity Game
The traditional view of productivity is that you need to do more to get more done. However, recent studies have shown that doing less can make you more productive in the long run. This is the premise of the “do less be more” productivity game.
The game is simple: Set a daily goal of doing less and track your success. For example, you could spend less time checking your email, take shorter breaks during the day, or cross certain activities off your to-do list. As a result, you are doing less accessible time and mental energy to focus on what is truly important.
Advantages of Productivity Game
One of the primary advantages of the “do less, be more” strategy is that it allows you to prioritize your time and energy better. When you’re always trying to do more, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and lose sight of what’s truly important.
