Discovery Session Consultation FAQs
Q. What do I get in return for paying $100 for an hour consultation?
A. We will talk about your business and your challenges and offer tips to solve them during the call. At the end of the call if you wish to move forward with next steps, we will invite you to our secure client portal for free and review your last two years of tax returns and Secretary of State documentation and give you feedback on if they were filed correctly.
Q. What are the next steps after the consultation?
A. If you are already subscribed to QuickBooks Online, we will review your file and give you a detailed analysis of what is incorrect and will prepare a detailed proposal of how we can help you and 2-3 different package options which we will present to you in a separate call.
Q. Will you come to work in our office?
A. Our team is 100% remote and paperless.
Q. How will we work with you if you are not in our office and we cannot send paper to you?
A. We will correspond with you through Zoom meetings, a secure and encrypted client portal, phone calls, email and text.
Q. What bookkeeping software do you serve?
A. QuickBooks Online only at the moment. Our founder, Amy Iannone, is an Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
Q. What if I am not setup in QuickBooks Online?
A. We will help you convert to QuickBooks Online if we feel that QBO is a good fit for you and will help you determine this in the Discovery Call.

Q. Do you charge by the hour for bookkeeping services?
A. No, we only charge on a flat-rate, per month payment schedule based on your service package and volume of the work.
Q. What do you packages typically include?
A. At the very least transaction categorizing and tax preparation and filing, but there are many options to choose from based on your needs. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Q. What do your packages cost?
A. Our packages start at $300 a month and up. This often includes your business tax return so that you don’t have to pay an additional fee for those services.
Q. What if our books need cleaned up?
A. After our consultation, we will work with you on what you want to see in your books, will analyze what needs to be done and will offer a solution with an investment cost that you can pay in one, two or three payments.
Q. What is your disengagement cancellation policy?
A. Our policy is that either party can disengage with a 30-day written notice to the other party sent via a certified letter.
Q. Do you outsource your client’s bookkeeping or any information to workers in the Philippines, India or any other country outside the United States of America?
A. No we do not. Our team is 100% USA based.
