My name is Jaime Filer, and I’ve been a personal trainer for over 17 years. I’m passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, but what makes me different is that I take an integrative approach; combining mental and physical health is my forte.
I have struggled with anxiety and eating disorders in the past, which is why I have resources, tools, and frameworks built into my training and nutrition plans to help guide clients who struggle. I have realized, by coaching people through COVID, break ups, a recession, etc. that without bettering your physical health, your mental health suffers, and by not putting effort into your mental health, your physical health suffers.
A healthy body = A healthy mind, and vice versa.
